Our courses

Beginners Class – Monday 7:30 PM
No experience? No problem. In our beginners class, you’ll learn the basic movements of calisthenics step by step. It’s all about fun, technique, and getting your first results.

Handstand Class – Sunday 7:30 PM
Always wanted to be able to do a handstand? Our coaches will teach you how to build balance and strength in small steps. Accessible to everyone, even if you’ve never done handstands before.
